It's been three years since the Volturi left Forks with their tails between their legs. The vampires of Forks and even those who helped before believed they wouldn't hear from the Volturi for a long time...But it seems their time has run out.
It was an unlucky coincidence for the Child of the Moon to move to town just weeks before their visit. Nothing was completely out of the ordinary for those supernatural beings of Forks... Not until the full moon. The Child of the Moon took refuge in the forest, far from civilization, keeping the humans safe from her lack of control and her danger. It was impossible to go unnoticed, though. Shapeshifters, wolves and otherwise, raced into the forest, surrounding the unfamiliar beast and making sure they kept it contained and controlled.
The shapeshifters weren't the only ones to stumble across the almost extinct species. A wandering vampire also caught sight, but remained hidden. With the Volturi well on their way, vampire-kind alike were getting tense and worried. Ideas filled the vampire's mind as she left the scene, ideas of a way to distract the Volturi from the vampires...
A human-killing spree...One that would frame the Child of the Moon and set the Volturi on a new mission entirely.

As The Volturi cleared the field, I sighed a breath of relief. We had won... I smiled at Jasper, took his hand in mine and skipped back home. I felt horrible for leaving them like I did. I had to. It was the only way to make the Volturi stand still long enough to hear Carlisle speak. If Aro had seen me standing with my family, he would have slain us all. I knew my family would understand.
Bella's gift was a bit of a surprise. I wonder why I hadn't seen that coming? I shrugged the feeling off. Though I knew it would irritate me for centuries to come, I could see that much.
Though Aro was already thinking about what to do next, images of the future involving the Volturi were flashing so quickly that I barely got a look at the things thought. No decision would be made soon, and so we would be safe for a time. I could see how badly he wanted us dead. He wanted Nessie fiercely, Bella too. Aro decided he would use them and their love, against each other to keep them in line. I laughed silently. Aro would never understand, or get what he wanted.
Another flash, another vision. The paper thin faces of the last two Romanian Vampires flash before my eyes. They're tired of being exiled, tired of living the way they have been since the Volturi took over. Their decisions came so quickly I nearly lost my footing. I grabbed at Jasper to steady myself.
"Alice, what is it? What do you see?" Jasper voice was an echo in my head. He sounded so far away. I felt his strong arms wrap around my tiny waist. I felt my feet leave the floor. It was a strange feeling. The crude scene of their plans played before my eyes. Divide and conquer. They intend to enlist my family's assistance, which wasn't going to happen. Carlisle would never allow it. They plan on starting up the territorial wars again.
I felt myself being lowered, though I never stopped feeling the downward draw on my body. I was falling, slipping through the safety that my family held for us all. Sliding away from this life and into the next. Then, all was dark.
The distant rumblings barely touched my ears at first. It was my family.
"What's wrong with her Carlisle? I thought Vampires never slept?" I could make out Bella's worried tones. "Her power must be getting stronger, and I don't think she's asleep... the signs point to a coma." Carlisle's gentle, cool hands made their presence known on my forehead. A small set of fingers made their way to my hand. Nessie was asking me to wake up with her mind. She showed and image of my own smiling face and then Jacob sleeping and waking up.
"She's coming around." Edwards voice was clear. Oh God.... Edward. Had he seen everything? I frantically began to go through the historical movement of Japan, starting with 1840 and slowly working my way up. My eyes fluttered open. I flashed a weak smile to everyone.
"Sorry about that... it was a whopper." I glanced at Edward. He did not look happy. I didn't want him to actually see what I had seen. What if my coma became his?
"Alice, what was it?" Rose demanded. Emmett was right beside her, looking as impatient as ever.
How do I begin?
Vampires are exposed to humans, shifters and werewolves are in hiding. Humans are at war with us as well as the Volturi and the Romanians. Chaos and death, blood and tears, oh God, if there is one, help us.

Over a hundred years ago...
The King of Thieves was captured in a failed attempt to kill the Hylian King and usurp the throne. As punishment, he was ordered to be executed by the Ancient Sage spirits, but as this order was carried out, through some divine jest, the evil Gerudo was gifted with the Goddesses’ power and revived.
Breaking free of his restraints, the dark lord drew the weapon of his demise from his chest, his vile laugh filling the air as he prepared to kill his executioners. However, this short moment of reprieve was the King’s downfall, as the Sages managed to open a portal to another world behind him. The void the portal created began to pull at him, slowly drawing him towards its depths, proving beyond even the Goddesses’ power to prevent.
The last act of the King of Evil before he disappeared from time was to launch the Sage’s Sword into the portal’s originator, piercing the very center of the Mirror of Twilight, but this proved to be worthless, as the damage was merely superficial, and the blade was quickly pulled into the void with its new owner…
The world has since lived in peace, battles and wars are small and short, fights becoming a mere training exercise of caution. People remain alert, prepared, but relaxed and comfortable.
Unfortunately, as with all things,
peace cannot last forever…
As you can tell, this is a Legend of Zelda Roleplay site, and I'm sure those of you who have good eyes can tell its based on the Twilight Princess game, but expanded and with a twist. We like to think of our site as a "Fantasy/Zelda RP", the knowledge of Zelda required is minimal~ You are able to claim canons from the game, as well as make original characters, get involved with the plot if you wish, and roleplay to your hearts content. ♥

Twisted Twilght - REVAMPED! « Result #9 on May 24, 2009, 9:34am »
Mary Alice Swan was just your typical, everyday girl. She lived with her newly-married-kindergarten-teaching mother and her new step father, Phil in dusty, dry, fantastic Pheonix, Arizona. One day, Renee decides that she wants to travel with Phil while he works, but is afraid to leave Alice behind. So, as an act of generosity and self-punishment, Alice decides to exile herself to the dreary, wet, cold and sunless climate of Forks, Washington with her father, Charlie. This is the end of the world for Alice, right?
Wrong.
Alice does, in fact move to a new school, one whose boys flirt constantly and make fun of her pixie-like form. One whose female population is filled with the small town rumors of the new girl, Cheif Swan's only daughter. One whose environment seems to attract the mysterious and beautiful Cullen/Hale family to the very city.
Jasper Hale would be considered your average every-day member of the Cullen/Hale family, but there is something about him that attracts Alice to him more than any other member of the family. Other than the fact that her blood sings to him and they worry about exposure to the human race, the Cullens worry about Jasper as he finds himself just as infatuated with her as she is with him. He struggles to stay away from her, since it is so much harder for him to be near her than others - especially with the unbearable bloodlust he feels whenever he is near her. Will he be able to overcome it? What will happen?
But there are other matters far more important than the twisted relationship forming between these two star-crossed lovers: There's a new vamp. in town, one with only one thing on his mind: the hunt.
James is a natural hunter, a natural tracker, and, ironically enough, her blood sings to him, as well. Soon enough, Alice finds herself running for her life while Jasper and the other Cullens find a way to destroy this monster. Will Alice survive this ordeal? Or will she perish? Like so many unlucky souls before her?
Twisted Twilight is basically a place where Bella and Alice have switched positions. Bella is a vampire and with Edward - like always - Rosalie dislikes Alice now instead of Bella. This is pretty much the same Twilight we all know and love. It's just Alice's turn now.
It had been 23 years since Breaking Dawn and a war had started in the vampire world. The Volturi had done it this time. More and more nomad vampires were created and the Volturi had recently adopted four. This young vampires are the world's most scariest nightmare. Not only they had unparallel senses, they are, so far, the strongest group of vampires the human world has ever seen. Arianna Volturi, Caius and Athenadora's daughter has decided to play around with the vampire world. She had announced to the vampire covens all around the world that there would be a replacement on their locations. Imagine saying that to a group of people that had lived hundreds, if not thousands, of years on the same place. They are obvously not happy about it. Franco and Zaira Volturi, Marcus' children, had always been ambitious. They had decided to take up the Russian coven's lands. Make them their own, Volturi territory. This Russian coven, has always been very silent, and had, so far, always respected vampire law. Having been banned from their lands, the Russian coven, led by Veronika and Alexander Skarsgĺrd, had traveled in search for new lands. Ryan Volturi, Aro and Sulpicia's son, has been the most well behaved of the four. Having been born almost a century before, he has seen how things work around the world. But, been a well-behaved young man, he has his dark side too. He has never been a fan of different, and that includes having a different vampire life. He has always dislike the Cullens and so far, he has made it impossible for them to live. The covens had started to dislike the Volturi and therefore, are planning on getting their revenge pretty soon. It's actually a surprise the Volturi hadn't done anything about it.
Meanwhile, in the Cullen coven, there had been new additions to the family. After Renesme's birth the rest of the Cullens had made a choice of their own, despite the fact that they cannot have children, they had decided to adopt nomad vamporires. They had made their own little families, but they are still living with Carlisle and Esme, all but Edward and Bella. But trouble at Forks had started and the Cullens are getting worried. As mentioned before, thanks to Ryan Volturi, the entire animal kingdom in the Olympic Pennisula has lowered drastically, making it difficult for the Cullens to drink human blood. But that is not the end of their troubles. The Russian coven has consider the Olympic Pennisula quite charming and has decided to move there. The arrival of new vampires had alerted the Quileute pack and are starting to be more protective over their lands.
The Quileute pack has had a tolerable relationship with the Cullens, but with the arrival of Veronika and Alexander's family, the wolves had started to have conflicts with them. They have warned the Cullens that if a member of the new coven crosses their path they would have serious trouble. The Russian coven has so far, negated the idea of following wolf orders and a strong fight has emerged between vampires and werewolves. The Olympic Coven has unfortunatley end up in the middle. The worst part is that, the Quileute kids are starting to develop the same hatred their parents have for the vampires and is mostly up to the Cullen "kids" to try to end this conflict. The Denali Coven has come to the help of the Olympic Coven to try to make the Russian Coven understand that there are certain rules in the area and that if they want to live in Forks, they have to follow them. As for the Quileute Pack, they have the ultimate support of the Crusade Pack to fight for the lands the Quileutes own. Carlisle Cullen, the leader of the Olympic Coven alongside with Tanya Denali and Veronika Baraski have organized a meeting with all the leaders of the different covens around the world to try to calm them down. But would the Cullen family be able to end this conflict in a peaceful manner? Would they be able to calm down the rest of the Covens? Would the Cullen "kids" try to stop the Volturi "children" from causing more trouble and give the lands the Russian Coven deserves back? Or would this fight continue and the whole vampire world would suffer?

Our story starts in September of 1941...
The world is changing. The muggles are still engulfed in the second world war, though this doesn't seem to effect the students at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry much. They keep tabs on the war, yes, but mainly it doesn't concern them. There will never be another war involving wizardkind...never...
Tom Riddle is in his fourth year at Hogwarts, and is already seen as a model student. He is handsome and intelligent, and clearly a shoe-in for a prefect badge in the following year...little do his peers realize that he is much darker than what he seems. Few people see through the facade that Tom, who has already begun calling himself Lord Voldemort around his closest friends, has created...save perhaps Professor Dumbledore. The Transfiguration Professor knows that Tom is brilliant...but he also, though unfortunate, has...

"So death just went 'Screw it, this kid isn't dieing anytime soon'? That's a new one to hear."
Michael laughed and then seemed to think about that for a moment before nodding, "Probably more along the lines of deciding to come back in sixty or seventy years. I suppose something stupid for most others wouldn't be as stupid for me since my abilities, both natural and magical, give me an advantage of most normal people. It'd be like going into a knife fight with a gun and a flak jacket, not nesacarily smart, but safer than the others." He seemed to be trying to think of a better metaphor, but that seemed pretty accurate. He did manage to ignore his curiosity of how well he'd fairin a knife fight with no 'weapon' of his own.
"There are somethings I think I would learn quicker if I just focus on that. I've always been like that, oh yeah math problem yeah let me waste a quick two seconds with some cheesy Algebra one problem and get back to other important things."
"I suppose i'm no one to talk when it comes to remembering things though, I think in a manner much unlike anyone I've met so I shouldn't base everything off my own methods. Especially with math..." He knew he had countless problems memorized, and enough patterns that would allow him to all but instantly come up with the answer to pretty much any problem he would encounter.
"I can tell you right now they will think crazy. If he decides to turn you though, and I'm not sure how that will work out either."
A devious grin crossed Michael's face, "Well you said part of it right there. Why wouldn't he want to turn someone who is already pretty powerful in his own right who is crazy enough to offer his mortality to become one of his own kind. Wouldn't I appear to be simple to direct and control, if not a bit different?"

"You're assuming death hasn't gotten sick of me yet and just given up on me."
She looked up. "So death just went 'Screw it, this kid isn't dieing anytime soon'? That's a new one to hear." She had never done anything insanely stupid, in fact half of her lifetime she had been a bit of a couch patatoe. Of course that was the time when her social life had been on pause, like any highschoolers.
"Why not do what you want and pick up everything else as you go?"
"There are somethings I think I would learn quicker if I just focus on that." Zee shrugged, "I've always been like that, oh yeah math problem yeah let me waste a quick two seconds with some cheesy Algebra one problem and get back to other important things." Zee was smart, she could have been in honors but had chosen to stay in easy classes just for the hell of it. There was also the fact that she could just blow off school work, finding something better in her opinion that she could be doing.
"I would hope they'd be more wierded out finding out a crazy or fearless human was not only getting along with both at the same time, but the head of a group that was a mixture. Though I suppose that settles it, I just have to figure out how to get your leader to turn me if we fail."
"I can tell you right now they will think crazy." That was the first thing to come out of the girl's mouth. "If he decides to turn you though, and I'm not sure how that will work out either." She added in.

"Yes, but sometimes you need to watch at just how stupid you're being. Other wise you have a more than likely chance at death being your best friend for the rest of your non-exsistant life Of course if you like that stuff then that's your own buisness. But I've had enough death sentences for awhile."
He returned the smile, "You're assuming death hasn't gotten sick of me yet and just given up on me." Michael had done some incredibly stupid things on purpose, he had actually built his lifestyle around some of that stupidity though on a lesser scale. A lot of it wasn't even his own stupidity, there was something to be said about how easy it was to make a living off of others if you knew how.
"The sooner I learn the better off I'll be though. And it will also give me more time to do whatever I want."
He looked at her with a confused gaze, "Why not do what you want and pick up everything else as you go?" Sure, it was a more carefree lifestyle, but for some people it worked just fine. She was already potentially breaking some rules by creating this group so why not finish if off thought Michael.
"Well if our little group fails miserably then you can go and turn yourself into a vampire or werewolf. And either ways are effective slaps you know. If two can get along with out needing to form a peace treaty then they'll both just be weirded out and stop acting like a five year old whose doll was taken from them."
Michael laughed, "I would hope they'd be more wierded out finding out a crazy or fearless human was not oly getting along with both at the same time, but the head of a group that was a mixture. Though I suppose that settlles it, I just have to figure out how to get your leader to turn me if we fail." If he was going to do it he might as well get the top level to do the deed if he could. Another way to probably anger someone, another game.
Re: Hopefully peace...-open- « Result #15 on May 4, 2009, 6:49pm »
"Maybe a little of both on that one. Besides, what's wrong with being a bit stupid at times, it makes the rest of life more interesting."
"Yes, but sometimes you need to watch at just how stupid you're being. Other wise you have a more than likely chance at death being your best friend for the rest of your non-exsistant life." Zee shoved her hands into her pockets and started kicking a few pebbles as they walked. "Of course if you like that stuff then that's your own buisness. But I've had enough death sentences for awhile." She shrugged, smiling.
"You'll figure it out soon enough if you haven't already. I'm only human and have managed to figure out more than I probably should have been able to, and you have all the time in the world to figure it out so don't push yourself to hard."
She rolled her eyes, there was something she hadn't heard since high school. "The sooner I learn the better off I'll be though." Even though she had never pushed into advanced classes during the school days all regular kids had been left with, she still had tried to recieve A's on her report cards. "And it will also give me more time to do whatever I want."
"I know, if they found out my entire goal was to prevent a supernatural war all of my plans would be for nothing. Maybe I should just stick with helping this group we just formed even though the other idea would probably be a fairly effective slap to both sides to wake up."
"Well if our little group fails miserably then you can go and turn yourself into a vampire or werewolf. And either ways are effective slaps you know. If two can get along with out needing to form a peace treaty then they'll both just be weirded out and stop acting like a five year old whose doll was taken from them." She pushed a strand of hair out of her face and shrugged up Micheal.
